NC Building Code books are available for purchase online through the ICC on their website. Please direct any questions to the ICC Store at 919-676-9090.

You may purchase a NC Building Code book in person only by visiting the Engineering & Building Code Board located in the Longleaf School of the Arts building at 322 Chapanoke Road, Raleigh, NC. Please call NC Code Sales at 919-661-5880 x240 if you have questions.

Robert Privott,director of codes and construction at the North Carolina Home Builders Association, provides consultative services to NCHBA members on building codes, inspections and material defect issues. He also represents the interests of NCHBA members before the Building Code Council, the Code Officials Qualification Board, and in the N.C. General Assembly.
