Utility Rebates for Builders
Did you know you can receive rebates from your local Utility Company for the homes they are building? They are difficult to claim, always changing, and very time consuming. NOT ANYMORE! The NCHBA Member Rebate Program has partnered with GreenOhm, a company that specializes in collecting Utility Rebates for Builders, and we’ve negotiated a great program for you as a member. The Utility Rebates can amount to thousands of dollars per address and they do all the work! Be sure to register online (it is free and easy!) then you will be assigned a Utility Rebate Expert who will contact you, collect your rebates and issue you a check.
