Board of Directors
The Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains is 501(c)6 non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors. Per the association bylaws, the Board is comprised of 12-16 Builder members and Associate members to represent the entire BABRM membership. Tasked with guiding the organization, overseeing operations and advancing its mission, these individuals are dedicated to the association and the industry.

Meet The Staff
Jude DeVirgiliis
Membership Coordinator
Jude manages office operations, general inquiries, billing, and regular communication activities while maintaining membership records and supporting BABRM events. He coordinates the membership program and provides administrative and outreach support to the internal team and membership. He serves as the staff liaison for the Membership and Workforce Development committees.
Jessie Edington
Events Coordinator
Jessie manages all aspects of events hosted by the BABRM. Whether this be large events like our Build and Remodel Expo, or smaller events like our ACE Classes, Jessie coordinates venues, and outside service providers to make sure all goes smoothly. She is also the staff liaison for the social committee, and Parade of Homes committee. Sponsorships for events and requests for participating in our events go through her.
Sarah Cosgrove
Director of Advocacy and Community Engagement
Sarah leads our efforts to connect members with pro-housing initiatives, key stakeholders, and community partners. She builds strategic relationships with non-profits, government officials, and business leaders to advance housing solutions across Western North Carolina. As the liaison to the government affairs committee, Sarah plays a vital role in strengthening our organization’s impact within the region.
