Board of Directors
The Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains is 501(c)6 non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors. Per the association bylaws, the Board is comprised of 12-16 Builder members and Associate members to represent the entire BABRM membership. Tasked with guiding the organization, overseeing operations and advancing its mission, these individuals are dedicated to the association and the industry.

Meet The Staff
Megan Carroll
Executive Officer
Megan oversees the operations and strategic direction of the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She works closely with the Board of Directors, leads association initiatives, and represents the building industry through local, state, and national advocacy and partnerships.
Jude DeVirgiliis
Membership Manager
Jude oversees membership recruitment, retention, and engagement, helping members connect with the association’s programs, resources, and opportunities. He maintains membership records, supports member communications, and serves as staff liaison to the Membership and Workforce Development committees.
Jessie Edington
Events Manager
Jessie manages BABRM’s signature events, including the WNC Parade of Homes, Build & Remodel Expo, and member networking events. She oversees event planning, logistics, vendors, and volunteers and works with association committees to deliver engaging experiences for members and the community.
Caitlin Finch
Communications/Marketing Coordinator
Caitlin coordinates BABRM’s marketing and communications, including the website, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials. She works across association programs and events to keep members informed, promote opportunities, and strengthen BABRM’s visibility throughout the region.
Sam Hastbacka
Office & Member Services Coordinator
Sam brings over a decade of experience in administration, client relations, and office operations to BABRM. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the association’s office, helping keep everything running smoothly for members, visitors, and staff.
