Parade of Homes
Get excited about your next project by visiting the Parade of Homes where you can plan your in-person or virtual tour of dozens of newly constructed homes of all types. From custom homes and speculative homes to multifamily communities and affordable housing.
For more than 20 years, the Parade has inspired homeowners across the region with the latest trends, design ideas, and building techniques. Every October, a new collection of homes will be open to the public for in-person tours during the Parade of Homes.
Participating builders will be on site to showcase their parade entry. Parade homes can be toured virtually from the comfort of home any time during the year.
