Award Winners Announced for 45th Annual WNC Parade of Homes

The Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains (BABRM) has announced the award winners for the 45th Annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes, presented by Warmstead. With in-person tours October 17–18 and 24–25, 2026, the Parade showcases new homes and renewed spaces across the region.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of out-of-town building industry professionals on design, craftsmanship, functionality, and overall impression. Honors were presented at the annual Awards Gala on October 22.

“From custom homes to thoughtfully reimagined spaces, this year’s winners show what Western North Carolina’s building community does so well, bringing together skilled craftsmanship, creative problem-solving, and collaboration,” said Megan Carroll, executive officer of BABRM.
