The Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains welcomed members and industry partners to The Omni Grove Park Inn Golf Course on May 21 for the 2026 May Golf Tournament, sponsored by ALFIE Loans.
With both morning and afternoon rounds, the tournament brought together builders, remodelers, suppliers, and service providers from across Western North Carolina for a day of networking, relationship-building, and connection.
Golfers started the day with breakfast and coffee provided by Morrison Millwork before heading out onto the course. Throughout the tournament, participants enjoyed opportunities to connect with fellow members while taking in one of the region’s most scenic golf destinations.
One of the highlights of the day was the engagement provided by BABRM’s Eagle Sponsors, who hosted activations throughout the course. From games and giveaways to food, beverages, and interactive experiences, Eagle Sponsors created fun opportunities for golfers to connect with industry partners between holes and added energy to the tournament experience.
Players also tested their skills in special contests, including the Longest Drive competition and the popular Beat the Pro challenge hosted by Backswing Golf Events. These activities added an extra layer of excitement and friendly rivalry to the day while giving participants even more opportunities to engage with sponsors and fellow members.

Events like the May Golf Tournament showcase one of the greatest benefits of BABRM membership: building meaningful relationships within the residential construction industry. The golf season continues on August 12 with BABRM’s August Golf Tournament at Etowah Valley Golf Club. Registration opens in July, and we look forward to bringing members and industry partners together for another day of golf, networking, and connection.
