We are proud to announce the award winners for the 44th Annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes, which took place over the weekends of October 11-12 and 18-19.
Each home in this year’s event was eligible for recognition, including the coveted “Best in Show” award. Entries were evaluated by a panel of out-of-town judges with professional experience in the building industry, scored on design, craftsmanship, functionality, and overall impression. Honors were presented on October 17 at the annual Parade of Homes Gala.
“This year’s winners truly exemplify what makes Western North Carolina’s building community so special,” said Megan Carroll, Executive Officer of the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains. “Each project reflects not just technical skill, but creativity, heart, and a deep respect for the mountains we call home. Congratulations to all who participated and helped make the Parade a success.”
