If you pick up the magazine for the Western North Carolina Parade of Homes this fall, you’ll find three local builders front and center – Living Stone Design + Build, JAG Construction and Solid Rock Builders.
That’s because they were the winners in the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains’ recent Parade of Homes Auction at One World Brewing West in Asheville.
Living Stone Design + Build made the winning bid for the front cover of the magazine, while JAG Construction won the bidding for the back cover. Solid Rock Builders was the pick for the event’s raffle, winning a two-page spread as a featured builder.
2024 Parade of Homes
The Parade of Homes, set for the weekends of October 12-13 and 19-20, is a free, self-guided showcase of new and renovated homes around Asheville, Hendersonville and nearby areas. You can tour homes in person or virtually from anywhere.
The homes in the Parade will be featured in a magazine that’s distributed around the area at member businesses. Each home featured in the 8,000 copies of the magazine will include a custom rendering, a company description and details about what makes the home worth seeing. People thinking about visiting a home will also be able to check them out online.
