The 2026 WNC Parade of Homes, presented by Warmstead, is Western North Carolina’s premier showcase of new homes, remodeling, design, and craftsmanship. For 45 years, it has connected homeowners with the builders, remodelers, developers, designers, suppliers, and industry professionals helping shape Western North Carolina.
Whether you’re entering a new or renovated home, showcasing a community, advertising your business, or exploring sponsorship opportunities, the Parade offers a powerful platform to increase visibility, gain recognition, and engage with prospective clients at every stage of the homeownership journey.
Showcase Your Work
The Parade spotlights homes, communities, and companies helping shape Western North Carolina.
Participation opportunities include:
- Showcase Homes
- Renewed Spaces
- Community Highlights
- Coming Soons
Whether you’re showcasing a completed home, a transformative renovation, an exceptional community, or a project still under development, the Parade helps place your work in front of homeowners looking for ideas, inspiration, and trusted professionals.
Gain Recognition Through Awards
Parade participation also offers opportunities for professional recognition.
Eligible entries are evaluated through a judging process, providing opportunities to earn awards that can be incorporated into future marketing efforts, social media content, websites, proposals, and client conversations.
Recognition through the Parade helps distinguish your work while reinforcing credibility within the industry and the community.
Connect with Homeowners
The Parade attracts homeowners actively planning renovations, prospective homebuyers, individuals building custom homes, and consumers researching products, services, and local professionals.
For many participants, the Parade serves as an introduction to future clients and customers while creating opportunities to build relationships that continue beyond Parade in-person weekends.
Increase Visibility Before, During, and After the Parade
Participation extends far beyond the two Parade weekends.
Each year, more than 8,000 copies of the official WNC Parade of Homes Magazine are distributed throughout Western North Carolina, putting featured homes, communities, and businesses directly in front of prospective homeowners and consumers.
Participants also benefit from exposure through the extensive parade marketing campaign, including the website, social media promotion, digital marketing campaigns, public relations efforts, and other consumer outreach. .
Additionally, featured homes are available to visit online after the in-person Parade weekends, allowing homeowners to continue exploring projects and connecting with industry professionals long after the tours conclude.
Additional Recognition Opportunities
The WNC Parade of Homes offers opportunities for additional visibility through the annual Cover Auction and Featured Builder event.
The Front Cover Auction is open to participating Parade entrants and provides the opportunity to secure one of the most visible placements in the official WNC Parade of Homes Magazine.
The Back Cover Auction is available to advertisers and offers a premium advertising location within the publication.
The Featured Builder raffle is open to all licensed general contractor members of the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains and provides additional promotional opportunities leading into Parade season.
