This year’s 39th Annual Parade of Homes was digital, and thus brought new ways to explore some of the best built new homes in our area! The 2020 Parade consisted of 30 newly constructed homes, and 9 Renewed Spaces that were up for award consideration. The winners were selected by a panel of judges hailing from outside of the Asheville area who work in the building industry.
