The Asheville Home Builders Association is excited to announce this year’s Virtual Parade of Homes™ sponsored by Coldwell Banker King. This year’s Parade features thirty newly constructed homes throughout the Asheville area. Starting October 22, the Parade of Homes will be live including the digital publication, virtual tours, and more at ParadeOfHomesAsheville.com.
As always, the Parade lineup is sure to inspire tour-goers who may be considering a new build or an upcoming home renovation. This year has the added benefit of 3D Virtual tours, which offers participants the freedom of viewing the homes at their leisure as many times as they like. Videos of builders will introduce viewers to their process, allowing them insight on the builders techniques and aesthetic.
This year’s Featured Builder, Buchanan Construction, has a total of seven homes in the Parade. Included in these is the 2020 Southern Living Idea House, showcasing a modern farmhouse look focused on top trends in design and architecture. Located in The Ramble at Biltmore Forest, the home is the pinnacle of mountain living.
The digital magazine will be available on the Parade’s website and includes detailed descriptions of the homes, including floor plans, videos, and builder information. This must-have home building resource also features homes that are Coming Soon, Renewed Spaces, Community Highlights, and a comprehensive Business Guide with more than 850 local building professionals. The printed publication will be available in December and will also highlight the winners of not only the Parade Awards but also the WNC STARS Awards. Find all the information on the homes and more at ParadeOfHomesAsheville.com.
