Membership Benefit – Utility Rebates for Builders
Did you know you can receive rebates from your local Utility Company for the homes they are building? They are difficult to claim, always changing, and very time consuming. NOT ANYMORE! The NCHBA Member Rebate Program has partnered with GreenOhm, a company that specializes in collecting Utility Rebates for Builders, and we’ve negotiated a great program for you as a member. The Utility Rebates can amount to thousands of dollars per address and they do all the work! Be sure to register online (it is free and easy!) then you will be assigned a Utility Rebate Expert who will contact you, collect your rebates and issue you a check. All active AHBA Members are printed in the Buyers Guide section of the Parade Magazine – 10,000 full color glossy copies! Thousands of consumers utilize the Parade of Homes Publication throughout the year, so be sure that your information is correct by August 1st. How do I view my listing? Visit the online directory today – type in your first or last name in the search bar or enter a portion of your company name to view your active listing. If you find that you need to change or update your listing, email your updated information to Danielle by August 1st.
