We want to build a single family residence totaling 960 square feet in West Asheville, NC. Of that, 640 sqft will be comprised of two 40-foot shipping containers, while 320 sqft will be a lower level room underneath. The shipping container portion of the house will be finished by a container company off-site to the rough-in stage, and a local GC is needed to finish the interior space (drywall, plumbing, electrical, kitchen cabinets, flooring) as well as the decking, foundations and driveway.
