The time has come to enter the 2023 Parade of Homes. It will be held OCTOBER 7 – 8 & 14 – 15, 2023 with the homes open for tour 11 AM to 5 PM. We also have Virtual Only options.

The 2023 Parade of Homes is sponsored by:
HOME ENTRY
Page focusing on the Home you will have in the Parade of Homes. It includes information on your building business, a color rendering of the home painted for you, details on the home and reasons for participants to go see it, and directions for them to reach the home. The online page will include this information along with additional images, and a matterport virtual tour.
Entry Rates & Deadlines
Early Bird Deadline (May 22nd) $2500
Main Entry Deadline (June 26th) $2975
Last Minute Deadline (July 17th) $3450
Each entry will be featured on the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains social media starting November 2023 and continuing until 2024, redirecting users back to the Parade site to view the projects again.
RENEWED SPACES ENTRY
Renewed spaces are now a full page template with a project description, category, up to 5 project photos, up to 3 logos, and builder’s contact info. Builders can feature full home renovations or utilize this section to highlight a specific project within a home allowing a builder to enter a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, closet, porch addition, etc. Renewed spaces receive an online page, where additional images can be displayed. Before and after photos are encouraged, since these are very popular online, and really show the amount of work accomplished.
Deadline – July 17th 2023 $2500
COMING SOON ENTRY
Builders can utilize this section to showcase a home that is under construction and not quite ready or eligible for the 2023 Parade of Homes. Homes featured in this section must have an estimated completion date between November 2023 and October 2024. Home will be displayed in a 1/2 (half) page ad template and will feature a photo or rendering of the home, 6 special features up to 10 words each, up to 2 logos, builder’s statement and contact info, and the estimated completion date. Coming Soon will have no physical location published and will not be open to the public during the Parade. These entries will be advertised online.
Deadline – July 17th 2023 $1075
COMMUNITY SHOWCASE ENTRY
Builders or Developers may utilize this section to showcase a community or new development that is offering home lots as an advertising tool to a targeted market of home buyers. Community Showcase entries will be displayed on a 1/2 page horizontal template and will feature amenities, community description, up to 3 logos, contact information, geographical location, 3 photos, and placement on Parade Map. We encourage Communities to host a “block party concept” and expect visitors on the days of the Parade. Let us know your event specifics and we will promote.
