Now that winter is upon us and the days are getting shorter, I hope that everyone has been able to ease off the summer pace a little but yet still remain busy. With all of the positive industry news out there I hope everyone is going to have a strong fourth quarter!
A big Thank You to our amazing staff and those who participated in the AHBA Parade of Homes this year. It wouldn’t be possible without the many hours from our Parade of Homes Committee, as well the Builder and Associate Member volunteers. This years event was a huge success and I’ve heard many great comments from those of you who had homes and/or projects in the Parade. With a great turn-out from the public all four days, the Parade is a great reminder of how good the real estate market in Asheville is right now.
It’s a great time to be out and about and keeping up with what’s going on in our local industry, so don’t miss our upcoming event at Haywood Appliance on November 15 from 5:30-7:30 PM. You don’t have to like “networking” to enjoy these events – come and enjoy free food, beverages, door prizes, and a chance to catch up with friends in the industry! You can bring a guest for just $20 per person. Don’t forget, the AHBA is your local home building association – get involved to be more profitable.
