Full Job Description
- Conducting general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements
- Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues
- Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed
- Install service & perform approved repairs
- Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers and interoffice personnel
- Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places
- Complete required daily paperwork, such as estimates, timesheets, etc.
- Clean driving record required
- Spanish speaking a plus
- No experience necessary; on-site training provided. Must be comfortable with varying heights, use of common hand tools, and have the ability to work and strive to learn!
License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
