Membership Benefit – Affiliate Memberships
Affiliate Membership are the Asheville Home Builders Association’s 2nd Tier of Membership for additional employees with an already established member company. Affiliate Members receive the same benefits at the local, state and national level, but only at a portion of the price of the primary member. This type of membership is great for that employee who could benefit from attending AHBA member events when you cannot, who is interested in possibly joining a committee, a new hire that is needing to expand their network or for someone ready to get more involved in the company and industry. Adding affiliate memberships increases your company’s exposure by giving them 2 additional business category listings, puts another face to your company name, and can ensure that your company is making the most out of their membership investment. Membership Highlight – AHBA Members Win NCHBA STARS Awards
Many AHBA Members attended the 21st Century Building Expo in Charlotte last week. In addition to the education classes, workshops and expo, the North Carolina Home Builders Associaton (NCHBA) also has their STARS Awards Program that awards the best in the NC Building Industry on categories for residential construction and design, but also marketing and advertising. The AHBA is happy to congratulate several members awarded for their success. Those awarded included Buchanan Construction, LLC, ID.ology Interiors & Design, Living Stone Construction, Inc., Olivette Riverside Community and Red Tree Builders. A special congratulations to Thomas McClain of Home Sweet Home Land Management for winning the prestigious award of Distinguished Builder of the Year.
