Duinkerken Homes is a small residential and light commercial remodeling company. We cover areas of WNC that include Black Mountain, Montford, Kennilworth, Biltmore Forest, North Asheville, Marshall and Leicester. To encompass this area, reliable transportation is a must. The ideal candidate would be able to lift and at least 50 pounds repeatedly every hour for 8 hours every day and then be able to do it again the next day. Must be able to be bent over for long periods of time removing brush, raking out gravel, pounding dirt. This is a labor intensive job, so being healthy and in good shape is a must. Having a good attitude when being given directions and being able to multitask is also important. Being presentable on the jobsite, respecting the jobsite/customers/fellow employees/subcontractors, and being able to pass a drug test if hurt on the job are all qualifications that must be considered when applying for this position.
