The Century Room on the Square was packed with people in attendance for this years Fall Awards Gala on Thursday October 15th. Over 180 business professionals turned out for to see who would take home the top prize for the night through the Parade of Homes Awards, the PACE Awards, and the AHBA Awards. This year the Craftsmenship awards were broken into categories and the winner of each were:

Category Three:

Silver Award – Distinctive Building & Design, Inc.
Category Five:
Gold Award – Arthur Rutenberg Homes
Silver Award – KOR Construction
Category Six:
Gold Award – Longview Builders, Inc.
Silver Award – Living Stone Construction, Inc.
Category Seven:
Gold Award – PebbleDash Builders

With a perfect score and high praises from the out of town judges, this years Best-In-Show Award was presented to Arthur Rutenberg Homes
Also Awarded was the Promoting Excellence in Construction and Advertising (PACE) Awards. This years big winners were:
Best Website – Milestone Contracting
Best Logo – Living Stone Construction, Inc.
Best Single Family Home – Authentic Period Homes, Inc.
Best Interior Merchandising – IDology Asheville
Best PR Effort – Red Tree Builders, Inc.
