FR Koon Custom Homes is looking for a full-time hands-on site supervisor who can provide top quality work; coordinate and supervise daily jobsite operations; communicate with subcontractors, clients and GC; ensure jobsite safety; and figure out solutions to difficult problems that arise.
Skills Required: Must be a good communicator, motivated, have a knowledge of construction methods and regulations, ability to motivate others, problem solver, decision maker, and have strong and confident leadership abilities.
Daily Tasks: Supervise jobsite operations, supervise workers, communicate with all parties involved, coordinate tool and material procurements, make safety inspections, request and coordinate inspections, and be hands on.
Must Have: Resume, residential construction experience, positive attitude, communication skills, basic tools, and reliable transportation.
