Energy Savers Network (ESN) is a program of Green Built Alliance, that provides free home energy-efficiency retrofits to Buncombe County residents who live at or below 200 percent of federal poverty level. Volunteers play an instrumental role in helping ESN achieve its mission. With the help of volunteers, donors, staff, and community partners, ESN has served more than 500 households since 2017. Compensation:
The starting pay for this 40-hour-per-week position is $42,000 per year. Green Built Alliance also offers a health insurance stipend, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement plan.
