We are looking for a seasoned Construction Manager / V.P. of Construction. The perfect candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of Residential Construction and be comfortable both in the field and in the office assisting our Property Management Company. They will also be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is able to take a project and run with it without needing constant direction or supervision.
Salary begins at $70,000 and is based on experience plus a benefits package that includes employee bonuses, 401K, PTO and health benefits.
