Living Stone is looking for a motivated and experienced residential Superintendent (Project Manager) with at least 5+ years of experience. This position requires leadership, a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, customer service, and strong team skills. Responsibilities will include site management of high-end custom homes (from the ground up), light hands-on construction, successful scheduling experience, and utilizing/reporting on Co+Construct software. Applicant must be highly organized, a problem solver, and a self-starter.
The Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel while administering good construction safety and quality control practices with all on-site activities. This position reports to the Production Manager.
