Position Overview:
Site Leaders at Lobo Builders have a unique role in providing friendly, enjoyable relationships with employees, clients, and subcontractors. Site Leaders should be able to share, supervise, and provide guidance as needed to Assistant Laborers regarding all aspects of construction from start to finish while functioning primarily as the Lead Carpenter. Site Leaders must have very high attention to detail and an in-depth understanding of all trades and regulations that partner with/influence residential construction, in addition to an ability to resolve conflict and work with individuals to find solutions to emerging issues. As the most visible members of our team, it is essential that Site Leaders are able to exemplify Company Standards in all aspects of their work.
Full-Time, $22 to $35 Hourly
