Please join me as we turn our attention to this year’s new Awards Program, the PACE Awards. Released earlier this summer, all AHBA Member companies were eligible to submit entries in various categories for the opportunity to be recognized for their hard work and accomplishments in the local home building industry. PACE, which stands for Promoting Advertising and Construction Excellence, covers a multitude of categories ranging from Home Design to Best Marketing Efforts to Community of the Year and more. 8 PACE Award Winners were awarded during the Fall Awards Gala on October 17th. As an added bonus, all of the P.A.C.E. winners will automatically be submitted to NCHBA’s 2014 STARS Awards Program.
