Currently accepting home entries for the 37th Annual Parade of Homes, the Asheville Home Builders Association is proud to release a first round sneak peek of who you will find on this year’s Parade.
Asheville’s top notch custom home market will be on display for two stellar weekends in October with homes of all styles including modern, rustic, craftsman, farmhouse and simplistic. With square footage ranging from 1,100 to over 4,300, these homes will showcase a variety of craftsmanship styles available for your next building or remodeling project.
This year’s Featured Development on Parade is the beautiful Olivette Riverside Community and Farm. Asheville’s premiere agri-hood, located less then 7 miles from Downtown Asheville, Olivette epitomizes the unique opportunities found in Asheville. True farm to table living, gorgeous riverside park, community pavilion along the French Broad River as well as their organic community farm and gardens make Olivette a one of a kind community.
