Essential Functions

- Maintain concrete block forms (structurally)
- Strip, clean, oil, and close forms
- Stack blocks for loader operator, stack in the yard if needed
- Clean plant daily, sweep, keep the area tidy and safe, power wash as needed
- Vibrate concrete forms with 20lb. backpack vibrator
- Maintain a stockpile of rebar hooks or loops for blocks
- Maintain a positive attitude towards work and the team
- Follows appropriate environmental rules and regulations
